[Lowfer] Running WSPR-15 for a trial on 2200m

I have changed the parameters on my 2200m WSPR test. It is now running 
WSPR-15 on 137.615 KHz or the standard dial frequency of .136000 MHz 
plus 1615. Transmissions will occur on the 00 and 30 minute mark.
I plan to let this run a couple days to at least, complete a good "burn 
in" test of the station.

Reports are welcomed.
