Mike-

Unless the SWR on your feedline is very high, the loss at 2200m should be nil.

Most of us put the antenna tuner at the antenna feedpoint to get the match to 50ohms and then a good quality run of coax back to the shack to the TX PA.

But many other custom options could exist.
