[Lowfer] N8OOU trying 2200m WSPR

On Sat 8/4 I have started WSPR transmissions on 137540. I don't expect a 
strong signal if any at all.  I am running 5W input power into the WM 
Lowfer antenna system, with an appropriate Loading Coil. I am not sure 
that I have the proper turns on the coupling link yet, but I do see some 
mA's flowing up the vertical.
