[Lowfer] WH2XND on 137 kHz WSPR

So - I went through the process to "notify" UTC of my two transmit
locations and got zilch back.  No confirmation that they got my
notification, nothing.

Do I just assume they got it OK and just wait 30 days before going on the
air???

Seems like a broken process.

Is the LOWFER group the right one for discussing licensed operations on
longwave - maybe not since it's now regular ham activity??
