Garry & All:  Captured K3SIW at -37 SNR in WSP15 at 1800.  I'm still toying 
with ARGO to get the QRSS. I will pass on OPERA for now, may take a stab at 
it over the winter...

So it looks like QRSS60 normal speed is about 3 to 4 dB better than WSPR15 
on my equipment, although there may be a bit of apples to oranges comparison
involved....
