Garry & All: Clean switch of SIW observed just after 1700 UTC,,,

QRSS captures this morning after SR very consistent at -67dB in ARGO +/- 2dB

What looks like a WSPR15 signal detected after 1700 on 185185, but I could 
not copy them simultaneously with the 6~7 dB margin above the noise here

as my 3dB hybrid IF splitter with 3dB insertion loss would have been 
detrimental to the remaining signal levels....

183.570 seems to work with my FT-817 and its two digit decimal readout for 
WSPR15.  WSPR15 screen capture to follow...
