[Lowfer] Lowfer SIW OTA

Had a power problem that impacted 185.185 kHz transmissions while I was 
out of town. Got to the site today but the needed repair wasn't obvious 
so I now have the lowfer on my work bench. QRSS30/60 works fine on 
185.2993 kHz (thanks for looking Andy) and that's the way it's been 
running until this afternoon. Hope to get it QRV again soon.
