[Lowfer] K2ORS QRT on 2200m

I'm seeing K2ORS CW and QRSS ID's on 137.600 this afternoon. For down 
the road, it might be useful to move this a bit farther from the 137.400 
- 137.600 WSPR band segment. No sense making the WSPR decoder work 
harder than it has to.
