[Lowfer] 630m WSPR is on the air

Thanks John,

You confirmed what I coded in the WSPR parms. Right now the vertical 
portion of my loop is just a few feet from the towers. I expect most of 
my energy is ending right there.  However the wspr reports keep getting 
farther away.
