Warren, I agree with you, everything here, my part 15 suit is ready. Data entry, The web entry form is extremely poor in completely amateurish ways.
And look at this email I received today, over a month after submitting my request:
Dear cliff Sojourner (k6cls),

UTC has determined that your proposed amateur radio station would not operate within a horizontal distance of one kilometer from a transmission line that conducts a power line carrier (PLC) signal in the 135.7 - 137.8 | 472.0 - 479.0 bands.
Check the lat/lon, because they didn't!! Oh and they sent me an email a few days ago saying they determined my coordinates to be "over water"!!! No duh, not even in the US!!
Hijinks and hilarity ensues. Keystone Kops.
