I applied on the 18th and did not receive any acknowledgement.

When I used the page on that date I noted that it was "free form" text - 
that is, one could enter the lat/lon and frequency information anyway 
one wanted - I could have entered the frequency in radians per fortnight 
if I'd wanted.  As it was, I had to look up the frequency ranges for 
630/2200 meters as there was simply a blank line.  As I entered the 
information I felt sorry for whomever it would be that would have to 
parse it into a uniform format for the geographical database comparison.

When I looked at it a few days later I noticed that it was changed - 
enforcing a specific format for lat/lon and having check boxes for the 
frequencies, to name two examples.

As of today, I still have not heard anything.
