[Lowfer] Morning lowfers EAR and MLS

[Garry]

Better than average LF ground wave here this morning. K3RWR hung in on 
136 kHz wspr2 nicely through 1324Z. Lowfer EAR was strong later and MLS 
was in there too, though weakly drifting down in frequency. SIW 
continues to send QRSS30/QRSS60 at the watering hole. Still waiting on a 
synthesizer kit to fix it for 185.185 kHz.
