[Lowfer] 2E0ILY in UK TX'ing WSPR2 and JT-9 tonight

Had spots on WSPR by N1BUG and W1TAG last night (thanks!) and had
previous spots from Paul, N1BUG on JT-9 (one minute sequences)
although for some reson they were not showing on the PSKReporter map.

Doing the same tonight from my QTH in the Midlands, England UK.
Especially interested in e-mail reports of how JT-9 is propagating
Stateside.
