[Lowfer] Got my approval from the UTC today

Hi Zack,

I sent in my notification of my intent to transmit about the second or 
third day it was available. The UTC does not "approve" or "deny" 
anything. They notify us if we are within a kilometer of one of their 
systems in use. It is the FCC that approves or disapproves. I did not 
receive anything from UTC and therefore I have approval (from FCC). For 
me, the wait is long over.
