With the help of Bob, NK9M, returned lowfer SIW to service this 
afternoon. It will be running a QRSS30/QRSS60 repeating sequence 24/7 
until the QRP-Labs 185.185 kHz gear is repaired. Turns out a 3.3 Vdc 
regulator failed and put +12Vdc on a 27 MHz external clock oscillator. 
That has been replaced, but the original oscillator failed such that 
12Vdc was also passed along to an Si5351A synthesizer. Not good. Will 
report back when a synthesizer replacement is installed and running.
