Interesting, but I question their premise of a "VLF bubble" of 2.8 Earth
radii. I'd like to see some space-based observations to support that.
Most manmade VLF transmissions are not angled optimally to use magnetic
lines to duct much energy out of the earth-ionosphere waveguide, the way
lightning EMP can do. If their theory holds water (or electrons), wouldn't
we expect to hear whistler storms every time SAQ operates, for instance?
