We didn't get quite everything I think we should have, but overall I'm
tremendously happy with the outcome!

Now all we have to do is wait for the
30-day-from-Federal-Register-publication period, and also for the WTB to
specify the UTC notification procedure. After that, we'll finally get to
test the new norms for 2200 and 630 meters.

Now I can remove the sign that's been over my desk for the past two years
reading "VIACOM." It has been my daily reminder to keep up hope that the
little guy sometimes has a shot against the corporate giants when his
cause is just and he is persistent enough. (Email me off-list if you're
curious.)
