[Lowfer] WH2XND on MiniWhip

Had a string of decodes of WH2XND from 04:40 until 10:28 this morning,
using the PA0RDT Miniwhip at 7 meters AGL.  The dB figures ranged 
from -21 to -33 in that time span.  For an unknown reason, my WSPR
spots are not being received by that web site.  The dB figures ranged 
from -21 to -33 over that time span.
