[Lowfer] WH2XVN es JAM

Looked for J-am this morning and he was there but not as strong and with 
QSB.

Tuned around and stumbled onto WH2XVN, 183.5 +/- sending CW.  Very nice 
signal at about 1030 utc.  He is in Burbank, CA, DM04.

Prop is very fickle, obviously, there one morning and gone for 
several!!  Looks like another coronal hole coming into position. Just as 
I think I might have a "hint" at what may happen, it doesn't, arghhhh.
