[Lowfer] WH2XIL 137.78 QRSS 12 and CW

Lloyd & All: Seeing XIL here as well, along with a few traces of VO1NA.  XIL 
also showing up on my WSPR-X2 waterfall.  I must have bumped the ARGO freq 
scale trying to juggle everything into one view, so for most of the QRSS 
capture XIL and NA shown about 3Hz low...
