[Lowfer] Further FCC Action Needed

First, a note to LWCA members who will be wondering, when they get their
July LOWDOWN this week, whether I've taken leave of my senses: only
temporarily! (So far, at least.) See the link below for details.
Other members of this group interested in 630 and 2200 meters should
probably also read it. Despite the FCC stating in their Report & Order
that they aren't prohibiting automatic control in these bands, it turns
out they also haven't modified the rules that would enable such. If we
want automatically controlled beacons, repeaters, and digital stations in
the longwave spectrum, we need to ask the FCC to amend the lists of
permitted frequencies in §97.203(d), §97.205(b), and §97.221(b),
respectively.
