[Lowfer] Potential LowFER RFI?

I didn't flip the channels fast enough the other night and watched a few 
moments of a Derma Wand infomercial...  They mentioned "RF wand".  Looking 
up the specs, and for a used unit, I had no luck for US info or a good price 
on a used wand to check out (hoping it was 13.56 or 27.12 MHz), but I DID 
find specs for the Canadian version, which claims the operating frequency as 
168 KHz.
