[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Nice activity here last night on 518 kHz Navtex. Messages seen from area 
4 stations A,B,C,E,G,H,M,N,R,U and X and from area 12 stations D,Q, and 
W. No doubt area 12 station C was in there too but covered up by 
longwinded area 4 station A.

A bit lower, at 474.2 kHz, wspr-2 activity was plentiful with many BC 
stations sending along with other west coast US stations and Hawaii. On 
136 kHz wspr-2 WH2XND is beginning to fade at 1330Z.
