Mark,

I'm not sure if this is the answer to your question. The U3S was 
programmed to send fskcw at 30 second dits. I didn't change that from 
the last time I used that exciter. the base frequency is intended to be 
185,300.5 and shifts to 185.300.9 for the keying.

The U3S can only be programmed in 1 Hz steps so I have to play a game 
with calibration to get the other .5 Hz. On Garry's capture I am a 
little on the short side.
