For the second night in a row I received DC0DX on WSPR-2. Only a 
single decode at -25 this time amid significantly higher atmospheric 
noise. I had seen him on the waterfall earlier in the evening but 
did not get a decode at that time.

Best signal yet from WH2XND, peaking -3.
