[Lowfer] DC0DX on 137 kHz WSPR-2

I ended up decoding DC0DX four times between 0120z and 0708z. I 
consider that great in light of the fact he transmits once every 58 
minutes. Furnace QRM may have wiped out one or two after I went to 
bed. During one period that did not decode I could see him on the 
waterfall.

This will be one of those things I remember forever.

I am using a modified SoftRock Lite II SDR kit and a ~550 foot 
reversible Beverage in the southwest position. These 160 meter 
Beverages have no reason to work at LF, and out of 8 directions this 
is the only one that hears anything - a happy accident!
