Lowfer SIW is off the air for repairs. Bob, NK9M took it inside his 
shack as the outdoor weather is definitely not conducive to repair work. 
Correcting the clock for mode switching is trivial but whatever is 
causing wspr15 to key rather than stay on continuously may not be so 
simple to fix. Time will tell.
