[Lowfer] head scratching

No head scratching needed here to make out VO1NA on 137.777 kHz. 
Unfortunately nothing was noted from AK despite good conditions to the 
west and Nunavut. VO1NA abruptly faded out around 1100Z, but even 
through 1230Z NDB MOG on 404 kHz LSB was coming in fine. Overnight 474.2 
kHz stations from the west coast and Hawaii decoded too.
