[Lowfer] XND and (maybe) friends

As I mentioned during the afternoon, XND's WSPR2 on 2200 m looked
promising, and continued to do so all afternoon, so I've committed to a
24-hour attempt...despite the very real possibility that ice may curtail
things a few hours early.

Attached is a mid-evening sample. The two apparent guests never decoded,
and two things about them (their close tracking of XND's own signal level,
and the spacing from the two prominent PLC clusters) make me doubt their
legitimacy.  We'll see what they look like over the next several hours.
