Doug,

For me this is a tough one to call. The graphic transmitted is a little 
different than what I see in your capture, but who knows what effects 
propagation and groundwave/skywave mixing might do between you and me.

It seems to be in the proper relation to SIW frequency wise, and it 
looks like some portion of the QRSS CW is in the capture.

I think, to be safe, I would say the WM shape is not close enough to be 
conclusive. Maybe it could be classified as random noise with a little 
influence from the WM Beacon.  Hopefully we will get some really cold 
weather, with snow cover to help my weak signal make it your way.
