[Lowfer] WH2XIL & VO1NA in EN90xn

Hi All:  I thought I would give XIL and NA a go overnight, I was not sure how it would work out, but there was enough propagation to capture VO1NA in QRSS30 Normal mode

without having XIL too compressed in the faster QRSS10~12? mode....it did take a few frames to get an ID on NA....

There was a fair amount of background noise given what the left side signal level meter was showing.  A quiet night would be closer to 1/3 to 1/4  scale total signal on the ARGO level meter at this EN90xn location.
