[Lowfer] Lowfers EAR & SIW into EM68

[N8OOU]

I have taken both WM beacons down this weekend to do some work on 
receive antennas and perform some listening. I was able to copy EAR 
overnight but you must take my word for that because I didn't get the 
capture option started. Sorry JB.

This morning I have a strong reception of SIW here in So. IL.
