[Lowfer] HiFER Question

JD,

Been listening this week, and nothing heard. That suggests that it may 
be in the New England area, though there have been no little sprinkles 
of copy (probably aircraft reflections) like I sometimes get with RY and 
EH.

The PLM ID doesn't otherwise ring a bell, though it would be appropriate 
to Plymouth, MA.
