HNY Garry and all:

Interestingly, just the opposite down here today.. After a few days of very good 
daytime reception of " WM " , and a couple of spectacular nights, - ZILCH !!
There is hardly a trace showing on my grabber today.. http://lwca.org/grabbers/ku4xr/
On Friday night I set to monitor for EAR but - what I assume was Iceland on 189 KHz
was - arm chair copy, - and the sidebands were ripping EAR to pieces ... 
I have been noting a difference in SIW also.. showing up later, and fading out sooner..
Signal strengths are not as good either... BUT !! let me blame that on all the recent
changes I have made to my antenna, and the " most likely " changes to the pattern
that has caused... This is the first winter season where I have over 800 feet of wire
in the air..
