My report on 1790Khz would be an RST of 449. Some QSB that drops your 
signal into the noise for a word or two, but then fades back up. With 4 
or 5 repeats of your transmission a full copy can be obtained.

Reception was made using a KiwiSDR and 49Ft Low Noise Vertical on 
12/31/17 03:17 UTC. I have 10Db attenuation on the RF input to keep the 
WM Lowfer from overflowing the ADC on the Kiwi.
