[Lowfer] SIW lowFER sending WSPR-15 and OP-32 tonite

Greetings all: 

I will be monitoring for K3SIW's lowFER signal tonite .. WSPR-15 decodes on the 15 minute mark, and the 
OPERA OP-32 decodes on the 58 minute mark ... sorry you can't see my copy of the QRSS-25 portion since
I use SpecLab for that... Anyone who would like to join in on the fun; set your dial to 183.680 KHz Upper Sideband,
If you try for WSPR-15; you will need to change the BFO setting to 1390 in the WSPR-X setup menu ( Advanced section )..
