[Lowfer] WM Lowfer CW ID addition

The IDing thread plus the fact my grandson likes hearing the Hifer cw on 
his radio, I have added it to the Lowfer beacon.

The CW ID is sent at about 10 minute intervals. I don't think it will 
interfere with the other id's, but if the signal is strong enough the 
keying might show up on Argo.

I am very interested as to the coverage of this mode, and would 
appreciate any report or audio recording.
