[Lowfer] WM and SIW this AM~PM

Mike, yes, lowfer SIW is back on schedule. It took awhile to recover 
from the damage of a 3.3 V regulator deciding to put out 12 Vdc. Got a 
new synthesizer kit from Hans plus a new TCXO to drive it at 27 MHz and 
installed them Saturday. The schedule calls for QRSS30/60 at 185.2993 
kHz on SA and SU with switch to 185.185 kHz WSPR15, QRSS25, Opera32 on 
MO around 1800Z. Apparently that went okay because I'm copying the 
signal now on 185.185 kHz. Hopefully things will keep working because 
it's getting awful cold for outside repairs, hi.
