[Lowfer] WWVB Eclipse Report

I monitored WWVB on 60 kHz during today's eclipse. The eclipse maximum 
(95.4%) at the Colorado site was at 17:46 UTC. The maximum (58.6%) at my 
Maine site was at 18:45 UTC. The two locations are 2389 km apart.

A broad peak in the WWVB signal was noted, beginning about 5 minutes 
after the Colorado maximum, and ending about 10 minutes after mine in 
Maine. The maximum enhancement was 5 dB. A cropped shot is shown below,
