Larry, Merv & All:  Yes, I recall saving a few eloran articles a while back.
Long story short, I used some key words from those articles I saved

("TAVIGA" "CHRONOS"  "USRANAV" "CRADA 2 TEST RESULTS")  and located a June
2017 GPS World article mentioning a combine e-loran and loran on-air test
that was

announced from June 20 to June 30, 2017.  If your current loran reception
situation is from the same group, there is a chance it may be a 10 day
on-air test event as well.

Currently there is an light audible Loran C signal present on my NW EWE
antenna at 100.0 kHz which shows up in ARGO CW NDB mode. Better audible to
my ears at 99.5 kHz...

Larry, I could drop a few saved articles in your e-mail, but I did not want
to do so unsolicited....

Key words above along with loran terms should generate plenty of search
engine results...
