Chris

A number of stations on this side of the pond have ceased doing much with Opera
because of dubious spots, the constant back and forth communications through
the 'mother ship', and the unwillingness of the the software author to make the
source code available for inspection ... so we know things are on the up and
up. Big discussions on this subject probably occurred before you arrived on the
scene.

Hello John,

Saturday, April 29, 2017

New to the forum, Chris Wilson 2E0ILY in the Midlands UK here. Is it
possible for a few more US and Canadian stations to listen using OPERA
too? Have had some success with OPERA32 to N1BUG in Maine on 136kHz.
OPERA is very easy to set up and un-installs cleanly too. Thanks
