[Lowfer] EAR this afternoon

J.B. & All:   EAR looking good here despite higher spring noise levels.  I had to move my NE/SW EWE antenna about 15 degrees more east as the local power company wanted to take out one of my antenna  support trees.  I thought a run on EAR would be a good first test.  I think the background level is quieter than the
 -57 indicated, as there is a light carrier that comes in and out around 188.833....
