No freq/mode transition today, of course, just uninterrupted WSPR 15 from
the time I set up this morning to a few minutes ago.  Noise has held off
thus far, unlike all previous days this month, giving me hopes of perhaps
seeing a Part 15 station after dark for the first time in some months.
We'll just have to see if signal rises to match the more DX noise after
sunset. (I hope there'll be some sign of WM too, perhaps. The only
maybe-reception I've gotten lately is a possible double-peak of an M from
it yesterday morning before noise began rising.) Here's what I've got from
