[Lowfer] SIW WSPR15

Garry & All: SIW on .185185 MHz appears to have switched on it's 1700UTC time schedule. Unlike the previous session I did not have repeated captures

up though the 1630~1700 UTC interval. Last capture was 1445 UTC.  I was using my NW EWE and 11th order 300 kHz LPF for the receive session.

    Also, my manual upload attempt (twice) for the prior Sept 13 session was not accepted by the WSPR net data base. Perhaps it sees the ".185185 MHz" value and rejects the information. Although the near real time upload was working correctly this morning and all captures were posted to the WSPR DB.
