Garry: Apparently SIW did switch at your local noon 1700UTC...

I tried to capture the transition to QRSS but I forgot to switch from USB to
CW so my offset was incorrect and missed it...

Better decodes at mid day is a bit baffling unless it corresponds with
minimum CFL usage in the neighborhood or some other background noise related

factor. The Sun and geomag were fairly quiet at the time.

FB on uwave plans. I'm worn out from the Sept VHF test at W3SO, so I will
likely pass on this weekend.

I did manage to work AA9D in EN52 from W3SO Sunday night on 432 CW with flat
band conditions. It was something around 560 miles. I have heard louder EME
signals over the years than AA9D on Sunday. It was a weak solid copy with
low background noise...and it made the weekend (especially) worth while.
