[Lowfer] EAR returns

Beacon EAR has returned to the airwaves, after having its helix house replaced.
The old house, a Rubbermaid tote, was actually in worse shape than I thought.
The new one wasn't an exact replacement, but it was close enough.  I was a bit
surprised that the PA current and antenna current were the same as before and
the variometer didn't need tweaking.  Reports as always, will be appreciated.
