Doug & All:  Similar here overnight. I are seeing something but less than a 
positive ID. Dex says to llok +/- 10 Hz which makes partial copy not easy to 
ID...

Typical of what best case reception was last night using QRSS3 slow. The 
slow mode makes for short morse characters which are harder to identify
