[Lowfer] Sunrise enhancement to Hawaii

The last several days WH2XCR in Hawaii on 474.2 kHz WSPR-2 has been 
enhanced here at local sunrise. This morning that prompted a look at the 
island's NDBs and the usual pair of LLD on 353 kHz and POA on 332 kHz 
were nice copy.  Checked for others, presumably lower powered, but none 
were copied.

518 kHz Navtex was monitored over night but the schedule for area 12, 
station O in Hawaii is far from local sunrise. Did decode messages from 
the 3 US west coast stations (C, Q, and W) but nothing from the Canadian 
BC stations. Interestingly copied 5 short test messages from Bermuda 
between 0134Z and 0205Z, well off its usual scheduled times. Perhaps the 
recent hurricane did some damage. Anyway, at 0810Z it was back to 
sending normal messages (7 decoded).
