The anomalous frequency excursions on SIW QRSS30/60 did not recur. When
the opportunity arises, I will investigate further to see if there might
be local causes here that have the potential to cause that result.  There
was no sudden temperature or power supply voltage shift, but there might
be something else I've overlooked.

The transition to WSPR was visible today right at 1700 UTC.  This is one
of the few times I've seen the signal start up right at H-hour; usually it
first appears on the waterfall at 1715.

However, even though the signal was visible from 1700, the QRN level had
gradually risen over the morning, apparently just enough to be
problematic. On the original, far less compressed version of the
attachment, it's clear that the S/N ratio began improving during the 1730
time slot. It was good enough for a decode by the 1715 slot.
