[Lowfer] HF data burst

Sounds a lot like the short data bursts from my Ted5000 energy monitor on
125KHz or the ones from my Enphase solar inverters on 143KHz. Those I
believe are simple fsk at a few thousand bits/sec. Maybe someone here
can run that audio through a selection of decoders to see if anything pops
up?
